WWDC : Safari runs on windows
Filed in archive Business News on June 12, 2007
As the WWDC is going on, lots of apple news is hitting the presses. Most remarkable is (imho) the opssibility to run safari on windows, as most mac users will agree that safari is not the best browser out there. Personally I am a heavy mac user and I use firefox instead of safari, although safari performs a little better and is better integrated, of course.
Other (good) news is this :One of the new pages on Apple.com is a look at Leopard's Unix abilities. Terminal 2 will bring tab support (finally!), as well as the ability to take advantage of Leopard's native text and graphics capabilities. In addition to the performance enhancements, Terminal 2 will have a better interface for customization.(http://feeds.macuser.com/~r/macuser/~3/124054980/
