Who is Richard Li?
Richard Li runs PCCW (formerly Pacific Century Cyber Works Ltd.), Hong Kong's largest telecommunications operator. Li is an investor who started off in the early 1990's with a company he founded – StarTV. He put $250 million into the company and then sold it to Rupert Murdock for $950 million.
