When you are running your business from home, certain people tend to think you have a beautiful life, relaxing at home and not having to do much as the boss doesn't see you anyway. We web workers all know that's far from the truth. We're the types you can call day and night - our offices never close, why should it ? If there's money to be made, I don't see why not.


A company called Thriving Office sells cd's with recorded office sounds. Why ? Because sometimes you want to give your client the impression you're not working from under a palmtree, but you re actually sitting inside an office with other people. Although I understand the idea, I resent it. If your client doesn't have faith in you, you better let him go.
