Satellite TV is the Best

OK so my opinion may come off as a little biased since I have had Directv or some other form of satellite television most of my adult life but when it really gets down to it satellite TV is the best.

For one thing I have a penchant for living in places that are completely uninhabited. Being totally or nearly surrounded by trees makes my heart sing. Living out in the boonies is the life for me. I grew up a city girl, but I have been a country adult. In fact I recently moved my entire family to an organic farm where we are sharing a house with my in-laws and two roommates. I gave up an already paid off home, just because I wanted more land.

Back to the point-- cable television isn't widely available out here in the boonies. That is what first got me started with satellite companies. My first non-rental home was my grandfathers old shack in the country. I fixed it up made it livable and then I decided I needed some cable. Turns out no cable company came within ten miles of the place and they weren't interested in pulling any strings for me.

After that I turned to satellite TV and never looked back. I was amazed at how well it worked and how much cheaper it was. I haven't had the slightest desire to turn back to cable since. It's not hard to see that satellite technology far out rates cable.
