The latest buzzword is Applegate. In short : Engadget, a reliable gadget blogwith an excellent reputation posted about the delay of the iPhone and Leopard, the latest operating system of Apple. They based their post on a mail that was originally an internal email within Apple. As we know, the information within that mail was incorrect. It was a terrible mistake, especially because apple's stock lost 4 bln after these rumors. I guess they could have known, as the iPhone has just received FCC approval, meaning it will not be delayed at all.


What is the point of my story ? Well, I think we can learn from this what the influence of blogs on business really is, also showing how important it is to have your company blog....
